  9. mentioned, the Shanner and Weaver hypothesis about 
  10. Information Theory, like the Morgenstern Game Theory, tends 
  11. to ignore the function of the form as form. Thus both 
  12. Information Theory and Game Theory have bogged down into 
  13. sterile banalities, but the psychic and social changes resulting 
  14. from these forms have altered the whole of our lives.
